Data saver.... fixed or not?!?

My Question or Issue

Ive searched and searched but all answer are conflicts or fixes for some and problems for others.... I'm lost and getting **bleep**'d!!!

How do you turn data saver off when streaming? I've tried altering all suggested settings, reinstalling, deleting the app, logging off etc etc etc... the only way I can alter data saver to off is to put the iPhone into airplane mode, but once I switch back to mobile data it's automatically sets data save to on. I won't the option to use my data how I see fit... ie listening to high quality whilst streaming on my mobile data. Any one know of outstanding issues or fixes that actually work?

FIXED! Might sound stupid.... I definitely feel like it! iOS 13 has a low data mode setting under mobile data options. If this is on it drives the data saver on Spotify to stay in place when streaming on data... switch this off and BINGO! High output when streaming. I've already given myself a pat on the back 👍🏼 Thank you!
