My Question or Issue

 As pictured, my ‘like’ button is constant, but ‘dislike’ button is there sometimes and not there others on mobile. (On Desktop, it’s always there.) Is this common?  If it’s something I’m doing, I’m not aware of it. But always prepared to be dumb.
