Do not come Push notifications in the settings they are toggle on. iOS 10.1.1

Hi @Doncjke. While a setting for notifications exist, the feature, unfortunately, has been removed from Spotify for the time being. The feature was pulled so it could be re-worked to be more in-line with Spotify's goals. Sorry about this. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns. All the best!
