Does not Scrobble over mobile data

This has been mentioned here over and over and seemingly still not been addressed. 

I have the latest Spotify and it just does not scrobble over mobile data. WiFi is fine, but mobile data is a no-go. Will this ever be resolved, I understand it's something relatively small but why offer it if it doesn't work.

I will mention that it does work on my girlfriends phone (iPhone 5C) but it just doesn't work on mine (iPhone 6). I've removed and reinstalled the app so many times and after every update and it simply isn't working over a mobile data connection. It cannot be the last.fm password as the same phone works over WiFi fine.

So whatever isn't working is linked to how Spotify interacts with Last.fm over a mobile data connection.

Personally my Last.FM is syncing perfectly on mobile 4G, there are some times it will stop scrobbeling for an hour, but it once in the two weeks.
