Download songs won't play offline

Hi,

My iPhone's software is at 10.3.1 version. All the songs that I download are not playable in the offline mode.

I've already tried to install/uninstall but it didn't work.

Hello CaioCastro!

Do you have at least 1GB of free storage space on your device? Spotify won't start to sync if you have less space than that.

I have 4GB of free storage space on my device. I donwload the songs and they have the green icon. But when I go offline they don't start playing. The songs only start to play when I'm using Wi-Fi connection or my cellphone internet.

I am really sorry that you are still having these troubles.

In this case, try removing all of your offline devices here. Then, you'll need to reinstall Spotify following these steps.

Once you've done that, you can download your music again.
