My Question or Issue

For the one millionth time are my downloads of the playlists and albums gone !

The playlists and albums itself do still exist. But when  I go offline, for instance when travelling without an Internet connection, I cannot play my music. Already a million times I have to download again the playlists and albums  ..... over 75 GB !!!!!!!

And yes, I am always online, only offline when for instance in an airplane. And yes I have always the most recent version of Spotify. And yes I already have removed and reinstalled the app .... several times to fix the problem. So one million times minus those several times I had to download the 75 GB of music-data.

I use an iPhone, most recent iOS .....

What a DISASTER !!!!!

Anyone a solution ?

thank you, whoever .....,

Bas

Hey there @BaboTennis

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community. and welcome 🙂

We understand you've already tried reinstalling the app, but we'd recommend a clean reinstall as it's more thorough than a regular one. This can be helpful for clearing any cache that might be causing issues.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you ask a friend or a family member to log into their personal account using your device to see if they can replicate this?

Let us know how it goes. We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

I have same issue.  Just did clean uninstall and reinstall so let’s see if that fixes it.

hey here’s an idea, why don’t you have a setting in Spotify that allows our music to redownload automatically rather than this manual way?

Hey @Mcduffy73
