Downloads does not work in background

Hi,

I was wondering if someone has the solution when the downloads in Spotify, for example a playlist, is stopped after the app become the background or even closed. I tried to solve uninstalling and installing again but it does not work. It is really annoying to have to maintain the app open every time. I have an iPhone X.
