Duplicates in shared playlists

Duplicates in shared playlists

I have some shared playlists with friends. If i add a song which a friend already added, the duplicate warning does not pop up. Would be of great help if you fix this. Thanks for everything Spotify.

Hey @Teace487, thanks for posting! 

 

This sounds strange, I've just tried it and the warning is there for me. 

Are you sure the songs are the same? From 1 album/release? 

If they're the same, but from different album releases they'll not be seen as dublicates. 

If you're sure that they're from the same release, try log out and log in, this will refresh the app and may help you with this tiny bug : ) 

Anyway the last option is to make a clear reinstall of the app, as this usually helps with manny issues/bugs like this
