Spotify is running with background app refresch disabled

Hi guys!I've got a problem with the Spotify app for my Iphone 7 Plus (IOS 10.2)I have the background app refresh disabled but when i switch from the spotify app to another one in the multitasking, Spotify continues to play music!Why?Thank you all!

Some songs will not play on IPhone

Why is it that some of the songs I put in a playlist, will play on the desktop, but not on the phone? Is it some sort of rights issue? If so, why play on one over the other?
