When I use my Earpods (originals) I just can not use the button to turn up the volume, pause the song or lower the volume. I've searched for related problems but couldn't find one (I'm not blind, I have glasses 😄 ). Please help. And if it doesn't work, does it work with Eardrops (wireless originals)?

Thanks for the help but I already found the problem. I'm sure you won't believe this but the inbuild remote was just broken.

Alright, that's weird. It sounds like there might be an issue with your Earpods. You can contact Apple Support about this issue on this page. Let me know if you have any other questions.
