Equaliser with Power Beats Pro

Spotify equaliser doesn’t kick in until I physically Move each of the equaliser Hz dots individually then it kicks in , I’m using iPhone XR and Power Beats Pro , have already tried unpairing and re pairing the headphones and still having the same issue ? Any ideas

Do we understand correctly that your Spotify Equalizer feature and its presets misbehave? By 'doesn’t kick in' do you mean your audio output isn't changing when you select a preset while listening music from your mobile device onto your wireless headphones? One other thing to try out is to logout and then log in, into the app twice in a row, as this triggers a refresh between the app and your account and could resolve cache-related issues. If this does not help, it's also worthwhile to do a clean reinstall to get the latest version of the app and also to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

If none of the above helps, could we ask you to send over a short video recording of what exactly happens on your end? Also let us know if this unresponsive behavior of the EQ repeats when streaming just from the phone itself, or it is only happening over Bluetooth?
