Error 404 Help please

I am new on the Spotify Community and totally lost!

I joined since the last month and a half I haven't been able to log into my spotify account on my iphone, keep getting the "Error 404" message. What do I do, can anyone help?

I can log in on my computer and on my boyfriend's iphone, I keep reading the topics but only found from 2012 and only solution was from the support team.

Hi, please try and uninstall then reinstall the app, also are you using 3G or WiFi?

If that doesn't work, tell me and I shall escalate further 🙂

Hi, I tried to reinstall the app but it didn't work.. I'm now on WIFI..
