Error 404

Can't log in at all. Tried a few of the suggestions from the help desk and nothing has worked.

Are you able to duplicate what the error looks like with a screenshot + the fixes you already tried?

I tried logging in with Facebook and without Facebook. See attached. I deleted Spotify and downloaded it from the website. I also read to unclick my email under Facebook.

Looks like this was covered in a similar thread that might provide a fix.

I'd try what they logged as the solution and see if it helps. 🙂

That's a bummer!

My best suggestion would be to do a live chat with a Spotify rep and see if they can access your account and walk you through.
