Hello can anyone help me! I bought the family premium but the other people in the account can't play spotify on premium. when they answer the invitation and confirm the account, the settings say still account 'free' and not premium...

Hey! 

 

This sounds a bit weird. What if they try to sign off and then sign in again in the app? Is there any difference? Also, are they using Facebook sign in or regular Spotify sign in. Make sure that they use the same sign in option both when accepting the invitation and when signing in to the app.
