Fix shifting songs around on mobile (and desktop) version Custom playlists

My Question or Issue

 I can't move songs around quickly on mobile and pc and it is terribly frustrating when I try moving a song on mobile and my finger slips off screen and I have to start over. Can I suggest when you go to move the song, as soon as your finger moves the song from original position make it start scrolling instead of having to bring it to top or bottom of screen to activate scrolling. Then the farther you move up or down screen will determine speed of scroll. PLEASE PLEASE, I have a playlist I customize daily and this is definitely detering me from doing so.
