My Question or Issue

Sub-folders inside of one folder not displaying after a certain point on iOS. They also are not clickable.

I have my spotify set up where I have folders for each artists, and then playlists inside of those folders with just the albums I like because Spotify doesn't allow you to just use their service like a normal music library - (you have to sort through sometimes dozens or even hundreds of random releases / re-releases, out of order releases etc) just to find the songs or albums that you like.

My solution was to utilize the folders feature so that I can feel like I have at least a little bit of ownership over my music library.

I've included what this looks like on Desktop and how it's working nicely there - the issue is that on iOS, it only displays the first hundred folders or so.

Also, anytime I try to multi-select (cmd + click or shift + click) playlists/folders, it just opens the playlist and doesn't let me select multiple.

Hey @paulpiwow! 👋

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing all those details

For the issue with folders not displaying fully on iOS, it sounds like you might be hitting a sync limitation. One thing you could try is logging out and back into the app, or even doing a clean reinstall to see if that refreshes the folder list.

Also, make sure the app is fully updated on iOS, just to rule out any bugs already fixed in newer versions.

As for the multi-select not working on Desktop, it sounds like you’re seeing a recent change Spotify has made. We're always testing possible improvements for our apps and content. We appreciate your feedback!

Hope this clears things up! Let me know how this goes!
