Could you give us a bit more info on what's happening on your end? A screenshot or a short screen recording would be greatly appreciated!

If you haven't already, try using another browser or device to see if the issue persists there. It's also worth testing with mobile data (if applicable) or a different Wi-Fi connection - you can ask a friend to create a mobile hotspot for you to connect to.
