Superuser Contribution 99 red balloons plays as 99 luft balloons

When I play 99 red balloons in my liked songs what I hear is 99 luft balloons(the German version). This wasn’t always the case as it used to play in English. This started after the wrap up.

Why am I still getting ads during podcasts even though I have premium

During a podcast, I get ads regardless of my premium. Not the ones that are included during the actual runtime of the show, but interrupting it midway through as if I didn’t have premium. How do I fix this
