Fraud?

Hi,

I use Verizon for my cellular network. I've been getting overcharged quite a bit ... it's totalled hundreds of dollars in the past year. I thought it was just me, but it looks like Spotify music which was supposed to be downloaded wasn't and was streaming instead. You can check my account to see that the music I play is downloaded music to my iPhone I presume. 

Take a look. Here's my data usage from last night. 84 megabytes of data was used for music I played from my own iPhone.

What's going on?
