Free to Premium on 2nd Device

Every month that premium gets billed to my account, my daughters spotify on iPhone (5c) always goes back to Free and we have to dump the app and redo things. This month it will not go to premium at all. Any suggestions?

I suggest you contact support so they can take a look at your account help you:


Make sure to include her account details in the message, or to make it easier, sign in with her account to contact Spotify


If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it.


Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
