Offline Music

Normally I never have any problems with getting my music offline but I noticed when I added a few songs they weren't available offline, I turned off the Available Offline option for that play list and when I turned back on only some of the songs were available offline, I added all the songs into my music and it's the same situation, what do I do to fix this problem?

I can't get my playlist to play offline on my Ipod.  I can't get the blasted thing to do what the help screen says it should do.  I need help
