says loading playlist are not showing

under Playlist just says Starred loading.......but nothing changes. its been a week shows i have no playlist ?

Is it my Iphone ? if I try to create new list and it dissapears ? Help

Can you try logging out of the app, and then log back in?

Also try to delete the app and reinstall it.
