My Question or Issue
Getting white noise on all songs, when playing from phone or airpods. Do not get this with any other app. I am on very high quality and ahve uninstalled and reinstalled but no fix. Started using youtube music now nad that works perfectly. Just want to se eif this will fix or i need to cancel my plan

Just to confirm, have you tried with a different pair of Bluetooth headphones or speakers to see if the issue persists? If so, does changing the audio quality make any difference?
Also, could you let us know if the issue happens only when you're streaming music or with downloaded content as well?

Hey yes tried with different bluetooth devices including my car speakers and I get it.Changing audio quality does not make a difference.
Happens with streaming an downloaded songs.

Are there any other external sound-enhancing settings or apps you might have activated on your iPhone, such as Dolby Atmos, a custom equalizer, etc.? If so, try disabling them temporarily to see if that helps.

iPhones do have a built-in background noise setting, so can you double-check if it happens to be turned on by following these steps:
You also mentioned reinstalling the app already, but we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall as well, since it's more thorough and ensures that any damaged cache is removed. It'd also be great if you can ask a friend or a relative to log in their own account on your phone to check if they get the same behavior. This will helps us check if it's account- or device-related.
