Could you try another thorough clean reinstall of the app following these steps?
If that doesn't help, can you let me know what iPhone model this is happening on, and the iOS version you're running? You can find this by going to Settings > General > About.
To get a better look at this, send me a screen recording of what happens when you're using the app (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community).
