We've reported this to the right teams, who will look into it. However, we're not able to provide an exact timeline for a fix, but we'd recommend always keeping your Spotify app up to date to ensure you're on the latest version.
In the meantime, we can suggest that you change the App language. In order to do that go to Settings > Languages > App Language and tap on Continue when you see the pop up message. Then you'd need to select English under Preferred language.
