Help Songs not syncing offline!

Recently, my playlists have stopped syncing offline when I click available offline on my iPhone. I have premium, and have 4gb of storage availible on my iPhone 5c, with the latest version of iOS.

I'm pretty sure I haven't hit the 3,333 song limit, but if someone does know how to check that, that would help.

The playlists I've synced from a while back remain availible offline on my phone, its just new ones that I try to sync that dont work.

If anyone could help, I'd be so grateful! 

Sorry for asking a question which I'm sure has been asked a million times, its just I've tried most things I've read on here and nothing seems to work!
