Help with device sync

Hi

i can’t seem to sync my iPad Spotify list with my iPhone 13. I’m sure it’s really easy but my brain has let me down!  Thanks in advance. J

Let’s try some quick troubleshooting. Can you double-check if you’re using the same account on both devices? Tap your profile picture > View profile, and make sure you’re not logged into a secondary account by mistake, which could be why the playlists aren’t showing up.

Also, give it another shot using a different internet connection or a hotspot to see if that helps.
