Hi. Have lost my playlists. We're all synced to offline mode on iPhone 5? Please help!

Hi. I have an IPhone 5 that had my spotify account on it. All my songs were synced to offline mode and then I opened it and all but one playlist has disappeared.
I have a premium account and haven't missed any payments. Am traveling for 5months and don't have easy access to computer! Any help would be great! Thanks!!

Did you not get any error message when you launched spotify? If you were offline for 30 days, the music would have become inaccessible but you should get a message on the screen. You just need to go online for a minute and everything should be playable again for the next 30 days.
