My Question or Issue

Home Screen shows message: Error Occurred- Try again. Nothing happens when I select try again. Other tabs work just fine. I have reset my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing is working. I am a premium user if that helps identify the version of the app.

Hey @scotttclark.

Could you send us the exact Spotify version numbers? Also, does the error comes back if you go to a different tab and then back to Home?

In the meantime, I suggest using a different internet connection or device to see if it behaves the same.
