Home & Lock button music interference

When I push the home button on my locked iphone or lock my iphone while music is playing. The music skips back a split second.

I think that may be a problem with your phone and not the spotify app. What version of iOS are you running and what iPhone is it. Also if it is the apps fault, I would recomment deleting the app, restarting your phone, then reinstalling the spotify app.
