How can you view the queue list on an IPad?

How can you view/edit the queue list on the IPad version of the app? They have this option on IPhones and androids.

But why is it unavailable on the iPad but available on everything else?

It doesn't make any sense, cause its a very powerfull feature everyone wants to use
