How do I setup spotify with Fords AppLink?

Now that Spotify works with Fords AppLink I would like to set it up. I can't seem to find info anywhere online how to set this up. I've tried a bunch of different things with no luck.

Anyone as to do this? Any advise from anyone?

There appears to be some instructions relating to AppLink on Ford's website here. (Although Spotify isn't on the list that I can see!)

Ya, I saw that yesterday. I should just be able to say "Mobile applications", however when I do, it does not recognize the command.
