How to disable shuffle between albums on iphone

My Question or Issue

hi, i have been truing to find a way to disable shuffle mode from spotify on my iphone.

i tried clicking the shuffle icon in the bottom left in the play mode, but and change settings etc. but still shuffling between albums. I only want to shuffle within an album not between all genres and albums. 

has anyone resolved this?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

Can you follow the steps bellow:

1. Tap the Now Playing bar at the bottom of the screen (above the menu).
   Note: On tablet, tap the album artwork in the side menu.
2. Tap Shuffle  to switch it on.
3. Tap again to switch it off. Songs return to their original line-up.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you provide us a screen recording so that we can have a closer look directly from your end?

so I have this album that I created, I used to be able to shuffle within the album if I click next “>I” but now if I do it shows “play list” and plays some real random music.

It's still not very clear to us what's the issue you're experiencing, keep in mind that users can only create playlists and not albums.

Please share with us a video showing how everything happens, this way we can take a look at it and give your proper assistance 🙂

As you can fee from the video I've uploaded, I am trying to shuffle only within my own album that I created but it keeps shuffling random music outside of my own album 😞 both on my iphone and pc.

Please let me know how I can fix this,

Thank you for getting back in touch with us and for providing a video.

Can you perform a clean reinstall of the app? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you let us know if this occurs on more than one device?
