How to shuffle between all playlists?

Sorry if this is really obvious but is there a way to shuffle songs on the iPhone app. I know how to shuffle songs within 1 playlist but I was wondering if you could shuffle songs between all the playlists I have??

The only way you can do this at the moment is to create a new playlist with everything in it, I'm afraid.
