I CANT LOG IN!!

 I just paid my first month, and I try to log in in the app on my Iphone 6.
I used the same account name and the same password as I do Online even do it says that I did wrong.
I tried many times and im pretty sure that I doing it right, also I turn down and turn on my Iphone and uninstall and install the app again, and still doesnt working.  Please check and tell me, cause Ill ready pay for the service and I cant use it. HELP
