I can’t play a new song after a day

I can’t play a new song after a day

Plan: Family 

Free/Premium: Premium

Country: US


Device: iPhone XS Max

Operating System: iOS 14.7.1



I playing the newly released song: Sugar Rush, artist: Mei. It came out on 10/15.  I couldn’t play it anymore since 10/16. When I clicked on the “Play”, nothing happened anymore. I can still play any other songs. 
I tried to log off/on, power off/on. The problem is still there. Thank you so much for your help!

We've checked the content you mentioned and were able to play it without issue. To start, please try playing it from a different device to see if there's a difference. It's also worth testing a different internet/mobile connection.


If you're not able to test those steps, or if they don't work, please run a clean reinstall of the app, as this one is more thorough than a regular one and can be helpful to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
