I cannot log in on the app

I logged out of Spotify on my iphone last night so that I could do something on my children's account. When I went to log back into my account today it won't let me back in. I usually hit "connect with Facebook" and have never had a problem with it. I've tried everything I could find to try.

 

I have reset my password. I have tried logging in with my username and password (username is just a bunch of numbers?). I deleted and reinstalled the Spotify app. It's still not working. When I try to log in it says "something went wrong, please try again later". It doesn't matter if I'm trying with my username/password or connecting through Facebook.

 

I got so frustrated that I created a new account that's not connected to facebook and I cannot log in with the new account either!!! What is going on? This is completely infuriating and making me reconsider paying for Spotify.

Hello, i have just bought my new iphone 15 pro and now im facing the same problem. I have tried everything above and i have changed the password multible times. Yet it is not fixxed i have no idea what to do now. I can log in from browser and other accounts. But i just cant log in on the.

Just to make sure - you were able to log in to another account on your iPhone, but not in your own one? If you've tried to log in with your email address and password so far, it might be worth testing with your username and password instead to see if that works. 

 

You mentioned already trying everything that was suggested in the thread but we wanted to double-check if you've performed a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article? This will remove any damaged cache that might be causing this. Also, are you getting any error messages and if yes, can you send us a screenshot so we can check?

I have this problem, this is complete**bleep** Spotify support. Why can't you get your log in situation reliable???

 

I am signed on in the web browser, password works, iOS app does not. In about 48 hours I am switching to Apple Music because they don't have BS problems like this. 

 

FIX YOUR APP WE PAY FOR THIS.
