IPhone Turns Off - Offline Library Deletes

Hi All

very frustrated! I have searched and tried all the recommended solutions but continue to have the following problem:

- When my iPhone 6s turns off either by me turning the phone off or the battery dying, my entire offline library deletes. 

I have tried the following:

-deleting duplicate backups under the Spotify account 

- making sure I am in “offline” mode. 

Is is there any way to combat this issue?

Let's try to fix your problem!

I understand this is very frustrating. Can you maybe tell me what iOS version you have?

To find this do the following:

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to General

3. Go to Info

4. See version: 10.x.x

Can you also tell me what spotify version you are using.

To find this do the following:

1. Go to the tab library in spotify (most right one)

2. Go to settings (the icon in top right corner)

3. Go to information

4. See version

Please let me know the information and let's tackle the problem!

iPhone version is 10.3.3. I have deleted and re-installed Spotify multiple times. I consistently run the newest version. Thanks

same thing here (latest app-version) and it didn’t stop with ios 11 - still disappearing 😡
