“Import Your Music”

Hi, a few days ago I noticed this feature “import your music” which allowed you to import ANY song, album etc to Spotify from Apple Music, I thought this was such a useful feature as I’m switching from Apple Music to Spotify, but now I don’t see it, how can I get this feature and use it?
