Iphone playing moving album cover

There are some songs on my phone that I play but they have a moving picture when it’s playing. How do I turn it off? It is VERY distracting when I drive. Also there doesn’t seem to be a like or dislike button on thhose moving songs? If i dont like the song how do i make sure i never listen to it again!!! Those moving picture songs are the WORST idea

Those short videos are uploaded by the artists themselves.

The option to disable those videos is still in Beta testing, I’m on Spotify Beta and I have it under Playback section, an option called Canvas.
