My Question or Issue

I changed phones and now I can't login with the new device. I was offline on my old phone, and now that I've entered my login info on the app on the new phone it says that the login failed because I'm offline. There is no issues with internet connection. How do I fix this? I can't use the old phone anymore.

well i am not quite sure but you could try logging in Spotify from web using your email and try changing the password of the account from there and then try logging in
