Kenwood car bluetooth problem (data)

Hello, I have an iPhone 6 with the latest iOS and the latest version of Spotify app.

I can't see song titles and artists on my Kenwood 2Din car screen when I play via bluetooth. (Kenwood DDX4016BT)

Almost a year ago everything was working perfectly. Right after an update of the spotify app just stopped working. To be more specific, I can see the song title only in 1 out of 10 songs. 

Does anyone have the same problem?

I noticed that if I touch the "Equalizer" option in my kenwood touchscreen and then go back to the bluetooth screen the title and the artist name suddenly appear! This happens to every song! When it first plays the song I can see NO title and artist name but if I go into the equalizer and then go back again, the metadata are there and everything is ok!

Any idea why this is happening? Can you please fix spotify app on iPhone to be compatoble with Kenwood DDX4016BT. Some months ago and some updates of the app before it was totally ok.

I am talking to Spotify administrators. Please consider this as an issue to fix in your next update. Many other people have the same problem as well. I have searched all over this forum and the web and I haven’t found any solution. The spotify app was running properly some updates before.
