LTE data iOS not working, offline while using LTE ?

hi! i have an iPhone 5s and it has LTE data and spotify was working fine with my data (i could use it with my LTE data anywhere) but now when i use Spotify with my LTE it either says i am offline or it wont play my songs. I dont have premium and never have so i dont understand why all the sudden its not working. Is it because of the iOS 10 update? idk but its annoying and i would like it fixed asap
