My Question or Issue

After the latest ios update, when you add the songs in a playlist to another playlist, the app no longer offers the option of skipping the addition of duplicates.  this cause lots of problems when working with large playlists.  It worked perfectly before the last update.  Please fix!

Hi @lmikey,

Thanks for posting on the Community!

Currently in the iOS mobile app, adding one playlist to another will not trigger a pop-up message for individual duplicate songs. We really appreciate your feedback on this behavior, as we're always looking for ways to improve the app experience.

We understand that this isn't ideal, but as a workaround and if it's possible, we recommend using the Spotify desktop app. The desktop version features the pop-up that allows you to easily skip duplicate tracks.

Don't hesitate to reach out to us again if there's anything else we can assist you with. Take care.

Thanks Ivelina,

Unfortunately, I need to use the mobile iphone app.

I don't need a pop-up for individual songs,  But is there any plan to restore the functionality that gave the user the option of not adding all the duplicate songs?  It worked that way up until the most recent update.
