My Question or Issue

I uploaded 300x300 artwork but it won't show on mobile even i can see them on my computer clearly

Hey @CodeineSprite,

 

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

 

To make sure that we're on the same page - you uploaded a new playlist cover image and it gets updated only on the PC, but not on your smartphone, is that correct? If that's the case, we recommend that you wait 48 hours so that the file can have enough time to synch with our servers. If afterwards the image still doesn't show up on your phone, it's a good idea to perform a clean reinstall. This step lets you start afresh with the latest app version by removing any corrupted files from previous installations that may be interfering with the synch. 

 

If this doesn't fix things, could you share the resolution and file size of the image you're using? We'd also appreciate screenshots of how the playlist get's displayed on both devices. You can attach them to your reply via the Insert Photo option in the Post Editor.
