Local files are cut short when transferring them to IOS/mobile from Windows

When downloading mp3s from my computer to my phone to play as local files, I had the issue that some of the tracks were cut short (e.g. from 11 minutes to just 5:20). I tried using the download feature on the playlist, and I tried using Google drive to transfer the tracks from my phone, but both had the same result of a playable track that was cut in half.

This seems to be occurring only for tracks from an album I downloaded recently, not as a general issue. However, the tracks from this album are consistently cut at least 3-4 seconds short, and up to 5 or 6 minutes short in some cases.
