My Question or Issue

Hey guys, I am having issues figuring out why my synced files won't play on my phone. It plays fine on my laptop. I tried doing the solutions that a google search had suggested, such as checking my fire wall settings, making sure im on the safe wifi network, but none of these solutions work. On my phone, it shows that it is downloaded (as provided in the pictures below) but nothing plays.
