Log in Error - 404 and also already have an account

I have been having issues logging in for a few days. It started after I logged out of my friend's account and tried to log in as me. I started receiving the 404 error when trying to log in with FB. Then I've tried my FB email and password and get error saying I already have an account. Lastly, when I used my Spotify info it says either username or password is wrong. When I try to reset it doesn't let me type. I just upgraded to new operating bay stem on my iPhone, so not sure if that is the issue. I have gone through old posts and nothing works. Thx!

Plese try this:

1. Go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=security&view
2. On the line App Passwords click Edit
3. Click the Generate App Passwords link
4. Click the Generate App Passwords button
5. Enter a friendly name for what this is for i.e. Spotify
6. Click Generate Password
7. Copy the password in the normal spotify logon password box.
8. enter your FB email address as the username.

Thanks! Unfortunately it says I already have an account with that email. Not sure what is going on. Is here a way to totally delete an account and sign up again?
