iPhone and premium.

So, I just got an iTunes gift card, which is the way I normally pay for premium. I've been waiting for around 3 months for this moment, and now that the time has finally come, I cannot pay through the Apple Store. I don't have a credit card either, so I can't pay through safari. I tried everything I could think of to try and get to pay through Apple but I can't. Any solutions?

I have this exact same problem, I even tried deleting the app and downloading it again. That didn't help anything now I can't even downloaded it now without it crashing. I've used premium for years so hopefully this gets fixed soon before I go to Apple Music.
