Hi

 

I had a free Spotify account. Now I bought a new subscription for my Iphone, Netcom, with Spotify included.

 

In the process for installing this new account, all my playlists are lost. What happened? what can I do?

Hi @steinarbarmen! Welcome to the Spotify Community!

Can you try logging out of the account on your iPhone and logging in with the account details that is currently subscribed to Spotify Premium? It may be possible that a new account was generated when you first used the Spotify Mobile App on your phone.

How can you install an account 😉

 

If you upgraded to Spotify from a Spotify partner, you should contact them first. If they cannot help, contact Spotify using the Support Form.
